? ? we are still looking for weapons of mass destruction. it wasn't his fault. thank you and have a good day. the real liars are the republicans. host: we will go to our republicans line now. to you inmorning orange park, florida. i have a concern about obama. you hear a lot going on in the press and news. it doesn't seem like he is held accountable for anything. or can go back to the reagan bush senior years and they had the country running very smoothly. they stimulated the economy. all the mechanics of everything was working really well. i do think it is a republican or democrat issue, left or right, what is going on now, i think we have a lot of good democrats like menendez and darrell issa, i think is a good democrat. he is a republican from california. i think we need to get the country back in control of the west coast. they do a better job than the east coast. i think the north carolina is doing a real good job. i wonder what number his position is going to be. will he go down as a worst president ever? i don't see him in the top 10 or top 20 or top 50. i'm sure he is a good

blaming president obama for this and that. he cannot do it alone. he cannot do anything by himself. thank you. guest: on your last point, that is right. there has to be a bipartisan solution to our budget problems. aspect about the budget deal seems to be developing, it would be an instance in which the democrats and republicans have agreed on something and the white house is presumably ok with. it would be something that has bipartisan support. i the food stamp question, think food stamp costs went up with the economy. thatthe economy went down, raises foodstamp expenditures because more people need the assistance. some of that is coming down. there is still a need out there. the farm bill is being debated on capitol hill and how much food stands would be cut, there is a big difference between the house plan and the senate plan. it is not clear what the cut wouuld bld be. people think there is a lot of fraud and abuse. the economy is improving. some people perceive less of a need. they are going to work something out. they are far apart. the house has a $40 billion cut over 10 years. the

republicans. good morning. thank you for taking my call. i just wanted to say i think obama will be the worst president we ever had. he is worthless. his affordable care act is a joke, like so many have said. as downsizing the military, is one of the worst things we could do. the high-ranking military official on the other day said as much. obama is for homosexuals, abortion, and as far as iran, they are as big a liar as obama is. downsizing ofbout the military, sequestration cuts have a major impact on the pentagon's is budget. how much is sequestration going to be a part of the obama legacy? >> it will be a big hard in part because there was not as much of a fight to restore it, to restore that 10% across-the- board cut, as many democrats would've liked. even the proposals obama has suggested to replace and get out of the fiscal crisis and the shutdown earlier this year, do not replace the sequester. they knowledge to a feed on that. it is big across-the-board cut. republicans at first were hesitant to allow it. they championed it. it will be a big part. barbara's comments or one of the rea
